At Groms, we believe that you should be proud of your home for years to come and that is why we offer a warranty on all of our products. Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of delivery.

If your purchase turns out to be defective within the warranty window, please contact a Product Advisor so we can address the issue. Email us at support@groms.com with your order number, contact information, and photos documenting the claimed defects. Your Product Advisor may send you replacement parts, organize light repairs on-site, or issue a complete replacement, at our discretion.

Please note that Groms warranty is non-transferable and cannot be extended to items no longer owned by the initial purchaser. Products are only eligible for warranty when used for their intended purpose and exhibit normal use. Defects resulting from negligence, accidents, or non-residential use will not be covered by Groms warranty.
